Clio CD player installation questions

Hi I'm new to the forum and have a wee question. Recently bought a 2nd hand Y reg 2001 Clio and wanting to change the tape deck to a cd player, will I be able to fit a standard Renault radio/cd player from a 2005 Clio into mine or are the connectors different? Have seen a few on ebay but don't want to waste time & money if they aren't compatible.
