The F1 rules state that conforming engines must have 10 cylinders and a capacity of no more than three liters.

In 2005, F1 used a 3.0l V10. In 2006, they are switching to a 2.4l V8. That peticular Toyota is a V10, as they have yet to unveil their 2006 car (as far as I know of).
