68 RS Headlight Doors

I'm still new to this Camaro thing, but have an issue with my 68 RS. The headlight doors won't open or close without assistance. They appear to try (start to move when turned on/off), but can't get the job done. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of a good website that can walk me through the troubleshooting and repair?:banghead:
