ALDL Location?

I just purchased a 95 Trooper 3.2 manual. It seems to be running a little rough and was trying to locate the ALDL to see what is going on. Am I crazy, I've looked everywhere underneath the driver dash near the clutch pedal and have came up with nothing. Tons of wires and fuses, but no dangleing 3 pin connector. Thanks.
