howe do i remove full rod lines

iv been working on my old ford 98 ranger striping it and i just got the full rod off and cant get the lines to come off whitout cuting :banghead: them just looking for a hint from somone thanks

what exactly is a full rod?

Fuel rail maybe??? Are you trying to disconnect fuel lines?? Many fords use quick disconnect fuel line connections. They will look like a white plastic connector that has no way of removing them. You can get a tool to disconnect these ussually at an auto parts store or sears. You select the size that fits the fuel line, point the skinnier end to the connector, place it on the fuel line and push it up againts the connector while pulling the line. I hope this is what you are refering to because if it is not I am confused to what you are trying to do.

thats what i assume, but i was to lazy to type it all out if he didnt even know what he was talking about, but those plastic ones suck, break way to easy, i recomend getting a metal one.
