96 pickup

I have a 5 speed in it.When i let the clutch out it has a knock in it.Not very loud but it can be heard.It coming from the tranny.Any good fixes.120,000 miles.Will a good fluid help.Is this a common problem.It hasn't been ran hard.Thanks ....idontno
