Very nice finish, I like the decals! One remark; what's up with the bonnet? Is it supposed to be like that?

Looking great with those decals.

That's right. The early version of the Giulia had this somewhat raised bonnet.

Sign of a good model is when you think its a picture of the real thing.I could have sworn that it wasa picture of the real car. Beautifuly made and awesome photography to boot. I love the rear 3/4 shot and the low front shot. This one goes into one of my favourites here, well done 10/10

Very nice build, and cool photos too.
I have this kit and intend to build it during this year, but I'm sure I cannot match yours.

Who makes that kit? I LOVE that Alfa, my favorite car in Rally Trophy.

What's up with the shamrock on the Alfas? I've seen it on other cars and never quite understood the connection.

SteveK - there are all sorts of stories connected with the shamrock and it seems no one knows for sure. The one I like though is that years ago before a race the daughter of one of the mechanics picked a four leaf clover and gave it to her Dad who put it in the car. That day they won the race so they started painting it on all their cars. The four leaf clover is part of the crest of the Lombardy region and also of Milan so that may also be a reason it is used. Alfa actually use Cloverleaf as a name for their special edition cars - or they used to - not sure if they still do.

Thanks for your comments and I especially like the word "old", that's exactly what I was trying to represent. So great you can feel it...:grinyes:
