1987 Jeep Cherokee - Running lights / Instrument lights

Running lights / Instrument lights out; Headlights / Hazard / Turns signals ok, R&R Headlight Switch - no help, #7 Park light fuse ok, Headlight/Key buzzer ok, all fuses ok, Chilton manual & Jeep dealer no specific wire diagram, no fuses in engine compartment.
Seems Headlight switch is common for power feeding the #6 Park light fuse, is there a common ground for all? Have not R&R Bulbs, is that to simple? Seems unlikely for five positions of lights out! Help!
