Projected gains

How much hp gain (at the crank) can be expected with the following upgrades combined?
Hypertech Power Programmer III
Cat-back exhaust
Headers
Cold Air Intake
I really just want to see what peoples' different experiences have been with upgrading the 4.3L V-6, and how "bolt-on friendly" it is...
(Note: the 4.3L in question here is a 2003 with 190 hp stock at the crank)

i vote 10-20 with it being closer to 20, watch it with that cai, the oil on them can play hell with that $400 mass airflow (maf) and headders are more of a pain in the arse then worth, unless you like sealing them up every 6 months, and only add 5 horses on a modded moter

I had voted 10 - 20 as well, I can even narrow it down to an estimated 15 to 17 horse.
I'm basing this off independant dyno test's that I've seen with simular mods.
It should be enough to feel, but not enough to beat the comaro down the street.

Is it a 4x4 a zr2 or 2 wheel drive? And do you want HP at the wheels with slop factored in? Or projected from the flywheel ?

Crank hp means nada, wheel hp is what counts, 10-20 @ crank 5-10 tops if that at the wheels.

All my calculations and measurements work with the crank hp

10 hp at the crank does mesn something, it means about 7 at the wheels. Of course depending upon how much loss you have in the drive train
