Ok I was taking off my door panel a couple months ago and on the armrest on the door you have to take off the panel with the window switches on it. Well one of the clips that holds it in broke and it wiggles around now. The guy at the dealer couldn't find them in the computer. I tried looking on GMpartsdirect.com but I cant find anything their either. Should I just go to the junk yard or what?

I would email GM with a description of the part, and they will find a part # for you. They found my seat belt buckle stops, and the dealer said those didn't exist seperately.

i would go to a junk yard, they might just give you a clip. all tahoe's suburban's and silverado's have the same clips. and i think gmc's might be the same too.

If you're talking about the metal clips, I believe those are common clips and used by all mfgs. Even the plastic floorboards (what are those called anyway?) just inside the doors use them.
So, if the junkyard doesn't have any GMs, try another mfg.

Most part stores have what is called a HELP section with clips, if it is the style that I am thinking of they should have them.
