YJ Air Pump...Emissions Failed?!

Hey everyone,
I have an 88 YJ and I refently took it to get the emissions checked out. Apparently, there's no air pump on there but the rest of the hardware is? I can't find any in for about this part anywhere and neither Pepboys or Napa have it on file. Apparently there's a bracket it fits onto and gets connected to some tubes? Does anyone know anything about this particular part? I don't even know where to begin with this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
