Idle Problem

 OK all so this is the deal...
After I blew my motor from running NOS, I rebuilt the engine and the SOB starting hunting at idle. I was throwing a check engine light on the IAC valve and considering that when you replace that valve you have to replace the throttle body with it. (it comes on the TB). Anyway yesterday I got a hold of a new TB thinking that after I would replace the TB that it would cause the engine to idle normal. Well, guess what? It's not. Although I am not throwing the check engine light anymore.
Now I know that the causes of a hunting engine are
1. Vacuum leak
2. Leaking EGR valve (which I don't have, d16y7)
3. Air filter clogged (I have a weapon R intake) had it for about 2
1/2 - 3 years now (not the same filter)
4. Faulty fuel pump (fuel not getting to the injectors, which it is)
5. Leaking head gasket (new gasket about 2k miles on it)
6. Timing belt or pulleys worn (AEM Cam gear and belts with underdrive pulleys)
7. Cam shaft lobes worn (car only has 70K on it so that can't be it.
What the hell else could cause this problem??? I have played with the IAC valve, the timing, fuel injectors.
I do have a AEM fuel rail and a AEM fuel filter, AEM underdrive pulleys, AEM cam gear, K & N air filter. Can any of these cause thins hunt.
Also I know that lots of H's & A's have this problem, how can I fix it. I'm thinking that it might be the TB gasket leaking or the Fuel regulator causing it WHAT'S UP???
