Air filter

Hello. Could anyone one please tell me the location of the air filter of X5 3.0diesel? Thanks.

u have to remove the engine covers, which are held on by 5mm allen key bolts. The air filter is under the cover on the left hand side as u look at the engine, also held on by 5mm allen key bolts. It is a tight fit u will also have to remove the micro filter and its housing, 2 silver 13mm nuts either side.
