97 misfire

My 97-4.3L chevy misfires on multi cylinders when ever it is damp out. After I run it for 10 min or so it will run fine. I have installed new plugs,wires,dist cap and even a new distributor. I have changed everthing but the computer.
Anybody got any ideas.
