Reverse Is Out Please Help

I have a 85 Oldmobile Cultass Supreme 3 speed and the reverse is out.. Does anyone have any ideas ??

Unfortunately, if it is totally out there are only two possibilities. 1. Selector is out of adjustment 2. Transmission is bad and needs to be replaced.

Sun shell stripped, very common on the 200c trans, out it comes.
