Deck Porting

I am in the process of designing and bujilding a fiberglass enclosure for my subs. My question is, since it is going to be a sealed enclsure in the trunk, and i have no deck speakers, would u guys suggest porting the subs through several tuned ports through the deck. My trunk is small (93 Toyota Celica), and I am only thinking of running 2 12" Audiobaun subs off of two monoblock audiobaun amps. Maybe a little capatance to prevent the overexpendature of a new alternator. What do u think.
