My low colant light has been coming on and off for the past few months, but my level it full??? whats up with that?
Next question, ever since i replaced my alternator my ac squeals when i turn it on, are they the same belt? just need tightened?

When my AC belt was squealing, I changed it and it stopped.

Change your belt. They should be replaced every 60k OR 5 years. In the winter sometimes they squeal when cold, but it's still a good idea to stay on top of maintainence.
As far as the coolant light. It is probably the sensor in your reseviour or overflow tank. It might need cleaning/replacing. I think there was actually a link somewhere for it. Try www.vr4stealth.com or erik gross's page.
