95 Civic - Starting Problem

I have a 95 Civic EX coupe. It has 90k miles on it. During some cold mornings (40-50 degrees), the car will not start. It doesn't have any starting problems at any other part of the day.

I've taken it to 2 dealerships and they can't find anything wrong.

They suggested that I press on the gas peddle when I start the car in the morning. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Thanks in advance for your help!

That trick works for carbed cars, not really fuel-injected. Does it just sit there and crank?

It just keeps cranking without turning over.

id say try your spark plugs if you get desperate the ignition... sometimes that just happens on cold days mine did it too but not often did it actually not start. same thing happens if you let your car sit for long amounts of time with out driving it ..the gas pedal things might work..
