i just bought an 95 integ wit ls/vtech motor in it. it starts good wit one click but when you warm up the car for 1 min, white smokes starts comin out of the bottom of the intake manifold. Im thinking its the head gasket, head, the thermostat housing or gasket and it may be the hose. pls i really need help n i wanna see if this car really go 12 on quater mile. thnks

Sounds to me like you bought someone elses problem:banghead: ... I am assuming that your car is non-turbo, and that someone told you the car runs 12's in the quarter mile:devil: . It takes alot of power and modifications to make an all-motor integra runs 12's in the quarter mile. Listen to your engine for any flapping sounds or air as that could be one indication of a gasket. Are you sure the smoke isnt jus the exhaust leaking somewhere?

thanks for replying but i checked out the car today again n i check the spark plugs n it was oily n when i turned it on for 2 mins n i saw the smoke was coming out of from the head side n when i checked the oil cap it was smoking inside...i think i mite have to rebuild the engine cuhz it mite be the o-rings because of the oily plugs i hope not doe....but a car wouldnt start if the 0-ring is broken rite????i work on rotary engine dats why everythings new to me....oh ya the car has alot of modification in it.

Definately the rings, when I fried my pistons I had blow-by comming out of everywhere, when I boosted the smoke use to fill my car. Sorry buddy but I hate to say that your car esentially has a blow motor, like I said....Looks like you bought someone elses problem:banghead: ,.....take the car to a mechanic and let him do a compression check...that should be your first step. also if the car is burning oil that would be another indication.

I see soo many people buy someone else problem its sad. People just rush into buying a modified car without having the car looked over first, those people I show no pity for but it is unfortunate that that happens. I have on question for you Fiero.....How many miles have you put on this car since you bought it...well I have two questions, and what is done to it. I have a strong feeling you got stuffed full of so much bullshit you should be choking right now

http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/TurboTeg96/2d358e38.jpg Here is what my JE Pistons looked like after about6 second running about 10psi more than they should of been. Notice where the notches are the pieces missing and where the rings sat how melted that area is.
