1998 Continental Turn Signal Problems

I just purchased a 1998 Continental with 51K on it. The only problem that I am having out of it is that the turn signals "quick" flash. On older car this would mean a flasher replacement. I went to my location parts house and go a new flasher. My question is where is the flasher located? I have looked in the fuse block and in the power distribution block under the hood and I can not find it. Can somebody help out with the location of the flasher or let me know if the lighting control module serves this function.
