94 jeep gc brake prob

Have a 94 jeep gc. I just went for an hour ride with no problems. I pulled into a space and 5 minutes later was pulling out, it felt like i hit something. I was on the brake and I felt a grinding or vibration in the pedal. Got out and checked under car, nothing. I backed up down the block back to the space and it was fine,so I figured ok its nothing and tried again. Halfway down the block a big thunk again vibration in the pedal. Felt like something holding the wheel. Anyone have any idea? I don't want to put my babies back in the car till I know. Thanks!

Im not real sure, my guess would to first have the brake pads checked, becuase if its metal on metal, you'll barely stop and also mess up the rotars. It could be a low brake fluid level too, and the calipers are not woking properly. But thats about all i know about brakes. Good luck.

Sounds like pads to me also, the grinding is like chalk board and finger nails..

You should have it check ASAP.
