Got in a wreck, can't open hood. Need help.

My bro hydroplaned his 97 Teg and nailed another car, and his front bumper is screwed up pretty bad. I need to open the hood, but the hood release lever doesn't work. So how do I open the hood?

Either find a way to get to the release cable or your gonna have to rip the hood off. If the front bumper is jacked up, then your gonna have to get another one anyways.:(
