NO start 95 blazer

I replaced some lifters in my 95 4.3l. Now it wont start. It is an EDI system I believe. There is no spark at the coil. There is 12 volts to one of the pink wires at the coil but not both pink wires. It is possible the distributer is off 180 deg. I think it would still fire the coil if every thing else is OK. How can I diagnose this problem.
