HELP!!! Need New Interior

Alright I have a 87 Camaro and I want to fix up the interior before I get it repainted. I'm going to get it painted red but I want the interior to be red and black.

For the upgrade I want to put in new carpeting, a new headliner, new dash, and change the seats.

I need someone to tell me how to pull up the old carpeting and how to put down the new carpet, same for the head liner.

I already know how to replace a dash but if anyone knows where I can find a new black or black and red one it would help because the one I have is severly cracked.

As for the seats I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get to upholster for them, and how to put it on. Also if anyone knew how I could change the basic foam to this memory foam we have at my job it would be a BIG help.

*Does anyone know a good website where I could order the material.
*If I went to a actual interior detailer would they sell me their fabric?
*Mainly are there any special tools I will need?

They had almost everything I need
*headliner kit $ 44.95
*front and back floor mats $ 54.95
*new molded carpet $ 119.95
*new sun visors $ 64.95
*total $ 284.80 *not counting shipping

Is this a good deal? I didn't order anything, I was just browsing so please let me know before I make a mistake.

O and I still need a good place to buy new seat upholstry from if anyone knows and a new dash.

as far as Carpet if you goto http://www.accmats.com/products/molded_carpet/moldedcarpet.htm you can shop online. The make full molded carpet kits for most cars. I have used them before as as my father many times. They make good stuff. as far as the headliner it is just a Fabric baked with about a 1/8 inch of foam glued on to it. To remove the old stuff a wire brush works well them just glue your new stuff on.
