Will it Fit?

Ay Yo whats up i'm loving the board i'm new so bare wit me. I got a 96 monte carlo ls with the the 3.1. The motor is done (knocking all that stuff water oil etc.) I found a 3.4 at a salvage yard i was wondering will it fit with no problem except for the pcm or is there some other issues.
