Nice work, looks like you took the built engine from a 300zx?

As for the 300ZX engine..it was a 3.0litre turbo(VG30DETT)...the one found in the 350z is a 3.5litre non-turbo (VQ35DE)

good luck on this build, i admire your attempts at placing the 300 engine in the 350z, its a shame that tamiya never made an engine for this one, any idea of what body color you will use?

Nice to finally see someone try this! I love putting motors in an other wise curbside model (Of course I usually do it to a Honda) and I have thought of this before but I only have a 300zx and not a 350z so it will be nice to see how this comes out! good luck
