My 03 ram 4x4 has a lugging feeling when you put it into gear it almost feels like the clutch is barley slipping could that be what it is?

A little better discription would help.
Is the engine pulling down or is it speeding up?
Std trans? All gears or just when you put it in gear?

auto trans and yeah it is pullin down but i forgot to mention and i'm sorry but it only does it when you let off the brake and let it idle out the driveway or down the road. But once you accel it clears up.

Look over your tune up end. Plugs, fuel filter, fuel pressure.
And have it checked on a good scanner for codes and data reading.

You will not get much get up and go out of it if you just let it idle down the road in gear.
You are going to blow the computers mind doing things like that.
It may think it is still sitting still.:grinyes:
They are made to put in gear and give them the gas to get them going.
Try giving it some gas and if it goes ok problem solved.
Depending on your mileage check tune up and fuel filter if it has one.
Some do not.:grinyes:
