Ignition

I have a 2001 Silverado and the key won't turn. Went to get movies and when I went out to the truck the key wouldn't turn the ignition.....HELP!!!

My best (and only) advice would be to call a mobile locksmith and let him take a look at it.

Try turn the steering wheel in the same direction it is turned now and see if the key turns.

try tilting the wheel up and down, then also try turning it back and forth from side to side while turning the key on.
