2001 Dodge Ram off road package...???

What options make up the off road package?
I have a 2001 that I purchased used and Wanted to know what it has? I have 275/70/17's,skidplates,LS in rear,sits higher than a reg 4x4. and offroad decals on it. What other stuff is included. like heavy duty suspension???????????

got rid of stock shocks and put on rancho's.
did have a very hard time finding shocks for it.even at dealer.

the easiest way to tell if you have the offroad package is your rim size. If you have 17 x8 then you do inf act have that option otherwise the rim size is 6x8. also there will be skid plates running underneath in the offroad package. towhooks on the front and a lift of about 2 inches over the regular rams.

Not to mention the graphics that came as part of the "off road" package.

The tire size and skidplates are the easiest way to tell, but if you have a 4x4 make your own package if you dont have one, its all about the mud.

I too have a 01 off-road package truck. I have had the front leveling kit done as well as 33" tires installed(fit nicely) and was wondering which rancho shocks you used... Also all off-road trucks are supposed to come with rear locking axle w/ 4.10 gears...

The shocks I used were rancho. believe they were the 6000 nitrogen gas filled. Possibly the 9000 nitrogen filled .
Talked to the tech and told him they were for the 2001 offroad pkge equipped ram. Got them from summit.
