2000 Malibu Reprogram

Does anyone have the procedure to reprogram the keyless entry for a 2000 Malibu? Both mine a dead and the local dealership is going to charge me $60-70 to reprogram them. Thanks a lot.

let me know if you find out anything, my sis has a 2000 and wants me to hook her up w/ a remote.
