Help With Motorized Front Shoulder Seat Belt

Guys, I seem to have a motorized shoulder seat belt (91 Honda Accord) stock in the retract position. Any idea on how to repair this problem? I got it out of the housing but not sure how to proceed from there. Any input will be appreciated.

Leave is alone and take it to the dealer.Honda has a life time warranty on seat belts.
