Why do I have to slam the doors on my 82 Sierra? It's as if my cab is full of air preasure.

Probably because they have always been slammed. I believe replacing your hinges and seals will help with this.

I was thinking the seals myself. Thanks for the confirmation. When I purchase my new doors not that I need to but want pwr windows and locks I'll replace the seals during painting of Sierra.
