Code 44 and 13 help

i have been getting these codes for a while now, i have replaced everything from hoses to the one O2 sensor on the entire car. i don't know what to replace to fix it!! please someone help...:banghead:

Check the wiring between the O2 and the pcm ,corroded connections, or cut frayed wiring.

does the two codes together mean that it the wiring, and not something in the engine? I am not understanding the meaning of the two codes in combination.
