Strongest Paint Remover

Well today I went out to the side of my garage, I saw a very inappropriate picture sprayed on my stuco wall! I looked there yesterday and there was nothing so that must mean the paint is still fresh and still drying. I am looking for the strongest paint remover that will get that crap off my wall. I was thinking either Laquer Thinner, or Brake Fluid, but I want your guys help since it's dealing with paint.

try some cellulose thinner.. It's verry strong.. but it's rather toxic.. i used it once to strip a diecast and i hade a painfull throat for 3 days... don't inhale it!!!

I don't think anything will strip paint off of stucco. At best, you'll just smear the paint around, and the stucco will absorb the thinned paint readily. It would be like trying to get paint stains out of a carpet with thinner. I think painting over it may be your best bet.

Well thanks so much guys, I called the city and they said they might be able to come in about a month. They have some special chemicals to get it off just for stuco. Painting over it is not an option, So il see what the city can do for me.
