If you are looking for a cheep harness you might want to think about making your own. Check out www.jdmfan.com under the "Technical" section and see how you can make your own OBD II - OBD I harness.

And if you cant do it yourself, i believe www.hasport.com will wire it up for you if you send the harness away for about a week.

Just get a www.hondata.com and the OBDII to OBDI adapter.
