03 ranger mirror

I have a 03 Ranger xlt 4x4, garbage man took off the passenger power mirror, I have the replacement part but how do you get to the bolts, do I have to pull the inside door panel, or is it easier than that?

Yes inside door panel has to come off.
Three nuts hold it on.
