Swap Help

I have a 91 MR2 With a A/T and its N/A. I have a 89 3S-GE head. I was wondering if i could swap the head on my 5S block and just use a USDM Automative transmission ECU and wiring harness. I also know i need piston and stuff but with my car being a Automatic can just use 3S-GE ECU and Wiring harness with GE head.
