see i dont want to break my valves again because i didnt have the cams set right how do i set the cams so that i dont break this set i dont have any thing on the cam gears to help me set them this is on a 2.0 dohc 4cyl

You could have just edited your other thread.

But to answer the question, there should be notches in the cam gears that you line up, and line up the arrows on the crank pully. Check out VFAQ.com and look under timingbelt.
