AWD Civic Hatch

Can anyone tell me if i can use the AWD or 4WD sys from a civic wagon and put it on a 88-91 or 92-95 civic hatch? The 88-91 seems to bet they way to go because it looks like the only major mod that would be needed is the cut the driveshaft. thanks...

It'd be pointless, it won't handle much more power over what the wagon comes with stock. And I'm sure it'd be alot more work than just cutting the driveshaft. It's completely custom/fabrication stuff (and isn't going to be cheap).
