Im Moving Out!

i just so excited i had to tell everyone. Im finally getting my own place. Im 21 and have been living with my parents for far to long now. My GF and i just got approved for an apartment. Its a brand new apartment complex, like 2 years old. 720 square feet, 1 bedroom, includes brand new full size washer, dryer, dish washer, fridge. Also has a pool, tennise courts, work out facilities, lounge, gated access. For 700 bucks a month. We will more than likely be moving in around Feburary 24th.

only down part is, i dont think i will be able to afford much for my car anymore. . .:banghead:

but it will be worth it. Ill just save for alot longer and wait for better deals. . .

Have the good sense to find a g/f who already has a house! They are out there, often the house is inherited or a divorce prize, so its paid for!! Besides, usually some have really good jobs, too.

I moved out last year and it sucked at first but now it is cool. Roommates suck sometimes...especially if they are girls. Thats why I stay with myself now. I dont care tho my lease is up in march of this year. Nice because I go to bootcamp in march all so.
