Removal of rear bumper

Hey Guys,
I have a 93 celica st. Just wodering how exactly to remove the rear bumper for a body kit? I've removed all the bolts but still cant get if off. Any help would be appreciated.

post a pic, and I can probably tell you, most likely there are some nuts coming from under the bumper mounting it in the wheel wells, and probably a few clips as well
