Really rough driving

Hello everyone,

Thanks for the amazing site. I have been reading many threads in the Venture and Montana forums and they are amazing. We own a 99 Venture for about a week now. We love it. Other than the intake gasket which will be replaced by the person who we bought it from, we noticed that the car is really rough when driving on snow. It is as if we are driving on an unpaved road. It only occurs when we drive either on snow (evenly distributed snow) on the road or if the road has bumps (small ones). It is more from the rear area.

Could be the shocks? We bought the car with the safety check (Ontario safety), would that be considered as a safety issue? Any help would be appreciated.
