Engine Replacement 88 G20

We have a 88 G20 3/4 ton conversion van with a 350 tbi engine we have traveled all over the country in it this is a GREAT VAN ! :grinyes: Milage on the engine is around 180,000 Lately the oil pressure has gotten low and it is smoking :frown: ... I found a replacement engine a 305 from a 1991 I figure the 305 should do a tiny bit better on gas milage anyway and should fit right in there with no changes needed ... I have replaced several car engines but never one in a G20 Van so I could use some advice on how to go about it what special tools or equipment I might need like a cherry picker type motor crane ? parts I should replace like motor mounts and etc . while I have it all out of there and replacing them is easy ...
