94 GC 5.2 problem

Hi
I've been having some problems with my '94 GC Limited, 5.2. I had to replace the coil recently, and in tracing out that I found the idle air control was bad, no resistance on either side. Replaced that as well. Now, on cold mornings it won't idle. It'll fire up just fine and run as long as I keep my foot on the gas, but until its warm it'll die if I let it go to idle. I'm thinking the new idle air control is bad but haven't had time to pull it and check. Is there a voltage spec for the IAC from the ECU?
