:uhoh: How can you tell if the rack and pinion on a 99 ford taurus isin't working? What are the signs??

Well it is not hard to tell. If it has PS weak or no power steering will tell you.
Mooring sickness is also a good sign. :grinyes: :lol2:
Like no power steering when cold.
Have you checked the fluid? Tell us what yours is doing.
