Volvo 740 door chime

somehow the circuiting on my volvo 740 turbo station wagon got messed up and of all the problems the most annoying by far is the door chime. It does not cease to *ding*ding* even while im driving. I was curious if anyone knew wat i could do to make it stop. or even wat the thing looked like so i could mabye even rip it out either reply or send me an email at [email protected] it would be much apprecitated.

If your radio-cigarette lighter fuse is blown, the chime will chime away. Its # 4 or #5 behind the ashtray....
