1.2 clio problems

I have a 1.2 clio heater just started blowing out cold air.
all controls work fine and there seams to be plenty of water in the system
but pipes which lead to heaters are cold.
Do you no if this could be an air lock tryed to bleed radiator but no water or air came out can you help!
Also i have a leaking water pump which draines the water bottle empty
every 2to3 days.
