need more brakes and grip....

hello, i own an 02 SVT focus and ive had the experience of brake fade a few times during some, well, a step beyond 'sprirted' driving. is this something others have experienced with their SVTs? just wondering, aparently they arent cooling off too quickly, a friend of mine who was attempting to follow me said he could see my rotors glowing.... im guessing i need more agressive pads and slotted rotors but i dont know what companies are best, i dont have the green to experiment with different companies. also there seems to be a fair bit of body roll, so a recommendation as to good sway bars would be nice, i looked at a set of eibach sways, they looked good, but before i throw down $300 i want to make shure that they will be what im after.... thanks alot!
