Nice chop son. Like the seats and the rims/disc brakes.
Yeah, just about everything in this forum (aside from the hand-drawn images) is modified using Adobe Photoshop, which in my opinion is the greatest graphic tool ever!

thats a terrific PS, great job, you will be tough competition in the next contest we run. altho im not nearly as good as like mental, or Budd, or Toms, and all the others, but i have fun.

Usually, what I do for paint color changes is select all the painted areas of the car, then I choos Image/Adjust/Hue-Saturation. That'll bring up a dialog box. Click on the "colorize" check box to turn it on, then play with the hue, saturation, and lightness sliders until you get the coloration you're looking for. You may also want to play with desaturation and brightness/contrast before adjusting the hue/saturation.

wow i haven't tried that. the way i've been doing it is by duplicating the layer and then changing the color of the top layer either by replace color or generically changing the color using the adjust-hue function and then cutting away at the top layer with the eraser until only the top layer exists for the colored area(s) and then merge down. the way you said seems alot easier. thanks for the tip
