engine question

I am wanting to put a d16z6 motor in my '91 hb. My car is a 5 speed. If I got a d16z6 motor out of an automatic would it still work on my 5 speed...will the transmisson line up with the motor....thanks

yes, just make sure you get an ECU out of one with a stick
